01Is it really free? What's the catch?

03Is this an official audit or certification?
No. Carbon Quanta gives you an estimate for decision-making. It isn't an audit, verification or certification. If you need assurance, an accredited verifier can review your data.
04Which standard do you follow?
Carbon Quanta follows the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard. Our Methodology page explains the emission factors we use and how often we update them.
05Do I need special data to start?
No. Start with what you already have: electricity bills, fuel receipts and travel records. Rough numbers are fine at first, and you can refine them later.
06Can I use the report for my bank or customer?
Yes, you can share your report as an estimate of your footprint. Some buyers or lenders may ask for verified figures. Check what they need first.
07Does it work for my industry?
